Online Coaching Membership
New Members: Much like a live course or coaching clinic, once you’ve accessed the service or materials, we can not issue a refund.
Membership Renewals: When your subscription is automatically charged every year (at the price you originally signed up with), you will have 30 days to cancel and get a refund. After those 30 days, we can not issue a refund.
Manual Membership Renewals: If your subscription did not automatically renew (for example, due to declined credit card), and you had to manually renew your membership. A refund will not be issued once new content has been made available.
Players Club
Upon request, we’ll provide a refund of your registration fee, minus an administrative fee of $50.00, until on or before May 23, 2017. Refund requests must contain the email address used to purchase the registration and your physical billing address.
Refund requests received after May 23, 2017 and on or before June 14, 2017 will receive a 50% refund, as long as the procedure outlined above is followed. Request for refunds received after June 14, 2017 cannot be provided.
Note: In case of a field conflict with the University on a particular date, a session will be rescheduled.
Refunds are generally sent within four to six weeks after the request.
Coaching Summit 2017 – Orange County, CA
Upon request, we’ll provide a refund of your registration fee, minus an administrative fee of $25.00, until on or before June 14, 2017. Refund requests must contain the email address used to purchase the registration and your physical billing address.
Refund requests received after June 14, 2017 and on or before June 28, 2017 will receive a 50% refund, as long as the procedure outlined above is followed. Request for refunds received after June 28, 2017 cannot be provided.
Refunds are generally sent within four to six weeks after the coaching summit has concluded. In the event of an unavoidable cancellation due to an Act of God or other intervening circumstance, no refunds will be issued. Existing registrations will be honored when the event is rescheduled.
Player Camp – Winter 2016
Upon request, we’ll provide a refund of your registration fee, minus an administrative fee of $25.00, until on or before December 13, 2016. Refund requests must contain the email address used to purchase the registration and your physical billing address.
Refund requests received after December 13, 2016 and on or before December 20, 2016 will receive a 50% refund, as long as the procedure outlined above is followed. Request for refunds received after December 20, 2016 cannot be provided.
Note: Camp locations may change from original site.
